it's okay to change your mind. if something doesn't feel quite right, we're here to help.

7-day window
you have 7 business days from when your piece arrives to decide if it's the one. items should be unworn, unwashed, and still have their tags, just as how they came to you.

how to reach us
fill out the form on this page within those 7 days with your order details. we'll send you everything - shipping instructions, our address, and any other assistance you need.

once we have accepted your return request, please make sure your parcel reaches us within 14 days (for Singapore orders) and within 30 days (for international orders). returns received after this period will unfortunately not be eligible for processing.

refunds
once your item is back with us, we'll process your refund within 3-7 business days, straight back to however you paid.

exchanges
want to try something different? tell us what you'd like instead when you fill out the form - as long as the total product value is the same. as soon as we receive your original piece, we'll send a brand new one your way.

shipping
return shipping is yours to cover! we suggest using tracked shipping so your piece makes it back safely. if your parcel gets lost in the mail, we will not take responsibility for parcels that are lost or delayed in transit.

what we can't take back
final sale pieces, anything personalised, or items marked non-returnable stay with you.
